A Woman’s World
A woman’s world? Of course it is… and I dare say that I'll challenge anyone who dares say other wise. Why? Well think about it. There is all this talk about how women are oppressed, used as sex objects etc. But look around you… sure it WAS the case way back in the bygone area but not now, not in today’s day and age. And why? Because we are now infinitely smarter and we know how to use our “assets”.
Since the beginning of time, women have always been deemed as the ”weaker sex”. And why not? Physically, we were. During the cave man era, the strength of a human being was measured by their physical strength… and in this case, men were the stronger of the gender. Women simply could not lift the heavy dinosaur corpses that had to be carried to the caves by themselves. Men were the hunters and women were the gatherers. However, if you look at it from a different perspective, women won… hey, we didn't have to do the dangerous menial work now did we? We didn't have to chase and kill any dinosaurs!!
Unfortunately, this strength way of thinking was carried into the twentieth century… hence, the feminist movement began. Men, being historically used to having females as the submissive gender started realising that “hey… maybe I was wrong”. Women, who since the beginning of time, who were used to being submissive woke up and started thinking… “you know, I can do this better than he can and I will. I have a right to do so and I will”. Hence, the equality movement began.
Why do I think that it’s a woman’s world? Well, I can write a thesis on it but lets just focus on a few issues here.
Firstly, let’s talk about that oh, ever so taboo subject, sex. Men, arrive at their sexual peak at the ripe old age of 21… a time when they hardly know what to do with their urges… a time when they are still experimenting and need a compass to find the illusive Despot. Women on the other hand, reach their sexual peak after the age of 30, when they know what they want and how to get it… why waste all that “peakness” on something that you are unsure of? Then look at the female’s ability to have multiple orgasms… we can have many ladies… MANY. Men on the other hand, 2 – 3 times and they collapse snoring next to you… a heart attack in their later stages of life might happen if they go for that magic number, 4. Women, do not have that problem.
Humans are vain by nature. Women are blessed with having a far larger variety of clothes, shoes, and accessories etc. when compared to men. I have male friends who bitch about the limited variety of adornments that are available to the male species. We can choose to wear heels, flats, pants, skirts, dresses, blouses, tank tops etc. Men, well, they are limited to flats or sneakers, pants and shirts. We have a wide range of accessories… bracelets, earrings, necklaces, chokers etc. Men, they have rings and boring, BORING earrings.
You bitch about PMS? Yes, it is true… women go through it once every month. However, it makes us the stronger of the species. Can you imagine a male going through it? Gawd forbid!! That would be like an angry bear with a migraine, a thorn stuck up its paw and a bee in its rear end!
The importance that society puts on the size of our breasts? Well, that is purely cosmetic and hey, if we want to, we can enlarge them, reduce them, firm them up etc. However, think about the male genitalia… if the lad is less than well endowed, what can he do about it? NOTHING!! Those penis enlargement contraptions do NOT work… and to put more pressure on the lad, size does matter. Yes, yes, yes… they have to know what do to with it as well but size does matter!
Look around you… the marketing powers that be are slowly coming to realize that men like their own beauty products. Slowly but surely, the beauty companies of the world are realising that the male market is a hugely untapped source of revenue, hence, male beauty products are starting to materialize. Women on the other hand, hey, we have every single beauty product currently imaginable to the human species. Ours are not limited by the market forces that be and truth be known, men sometimes, in the sanctuary of their locked bathroom doors, help themselves to their female partners products. This, dear reader is a fact.
You want to say that you are indeed oppressed at work? That the management consists of the “boys club”? Well, I tell you that if you put your mind to it, you can succeed. Management these days recognises the need to have good people in their positions. It doesn't matter what sex you are… it’s your ability that counts. However, I will admit that there are the exceptions… fight the fight and then, fight it again and again… and if you really, REALLY can't win, don't worry about life being unfair. Just take solace in the fact that you are infinitely better than they are… they are just insecure in their abilities and fighting to hold on to whatever “power” they have.
Take solace in the fact that if aliens ever attack, the hole in the ozone layer encompasses the entire world or if someone accidentally detonates a world size nuclear, biological type weapon it is the stronger and more resourceful of the species that will prevail… and that dear reader, is the female.
And by stronger, I don't mean physical strength. A flash of flesh, a slight jiggle of the posterior, a little wiggle of the bosom and an ever so slight smile and you never have to change a car tire. So who is the stronger one now might I ask? It is indeed A Woman’s World.
Did I win the competition? Well, I don't know as the stories section of site has been down for the past week or so. From the looks of the error messages, they are having some problems with their MYSQL server. But when I last visited the site, my story was voted number one with the most hits 
. This competition is based on an on-line voting system by the way. I don't know what they are going to do with regards to the competition as the closing date was two days ago. Hopefully, I will win... actually, I am praying that I will win as this is the first time that I am submitting something that I have written to anything other than a school teacher, university lecturer or publishing it on my website... the prize isn't that fantastic but the idea of getting something for my writings is absolutely astronomical!!
